01
It all begins with your unique vision!
Fill out the General Inquiry form and tell me about your vision, aesthetic, budget, and which kinds of pretty details you're interested in.
After I receive your Inquiry, I may reach out with additional questions, and then I'll send a personalized estimate for your job within 48 hours. A complementary phone call is always available should you want to discuss details of the proposal.
Once the proposal is finalized and approved, a non-refundable retainer of 50% is paid in order to secure the job.

After you have approved the proposal and the retainer is paid, I'll present you with thoughtful and curated design concepts that are completely tailored to you. This creative process usually takes about two weeks.
You'll get up to three sketched concepts to choose from, and
I offer two complementary rounds of revisions in order to make sure the designs are perfectly aligned with your vision.
Once you've chosen a design, I'll send you final proofs for approval.

production
Once the final proofs are approved,
the designs go into production.
I personally oversee every step of the production process to ensure perfect and professional results.

I'll even send you a curated calendar of dates specific to the production of your product so you can have an overview of the whole process.
If your product is being mailed, I offer assembly and hand-lettering for envelopes as additional service options.
